Christopher P. Fuller – Managing Partner

Mr. Fuller has over 20 years of private equity and merchant banking experience. Prior to joining Uni-World, he spent eleven years sourcing, executing and managing private equity investments at Industria Partners where he was the founding partner and President, Harvest Partners, First Atlantic Capital and BT Capital Partners. During this period, Mr. Fuller was responsible for 8 platform company investments with an aggregate invested equity value of $197 million and aggregate transaction value of over $4 billion. Mr. Fuller started his career in 1989 at Bankers Trust and Salomon Brothers, where he focused on structured products, raising capital for leveraged credits and M&A advisory. He has an A.B. degree in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College and both a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and an M.E. in Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.


Mark Deutsch – Partner

Mr. Deutsch is a senior private equity executive with nearly 30 years of direct experience. Prior to joining Uni-World, he was a partner and co-founder of Hudson Ferry Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, from 2006 through 2014. At Hudson Ferry, Mark was responsible for new business development and raised the majority of the firmís private capital for its two funds. Prior to forming Hudson Ferry Capital, Mr. Deutsch was Managing Partner at Kenner & Company, Inc., a middle market private equity firm with a principal focus on businesses within the building products industry, from 1994 through 2006. He has been responsible for investing approximately $800 million in various companies. Mark has served on numerous Boards of Directors for many past portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Deutsch held senior positions at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, L.P., an investment banking firm, and BT Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank). As a certified public accountant, Mr. Deutsch began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mark received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University. Mr. Deutsch is Chairman and founding member of Binghamton University's School of Management Metro Advisory Board. He was the recipient of Binghamton University's Special Recognition Award in 2002 and Alumni Recognition Award in 2000. Mr. Deutsch is a frequent guest lecturer at Binghamton University where he teaches a leveraged buyout case study.


Erik S. Miller – Partner

Mr. Miller has over 16 years of investment experience, including 8 years of direct private equity experience. Most recently, Mr. Miller was a Principal at Carthage Capital Group, a minority-owned private equity firm focused on investing in small middle market companies. While at Carthage, Mr. Miller initiated and led private equity investments and executed all of the firm's transactions. Prior to Carthage, Mr. Miller was an Associate at Chase Securities High Yield Corporate Finance Group where he worked with a number of private equity sponsors to raise over $2 billion in high yield transactions. Mr. Miller served as an analyst within the investment banking firm Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he provided investment banking services to a wide range of corporate clients. Mr. Miller earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University.


Richard Moreau – Partner

Mr. Moreau has over 13 years of investment experience and three years of operational experience. Prior to Uni-World, he served as President of a national provider of wireless monitoring and alarm communication services and equipment. Prior to his operational role, Mr. Moreau was a Principal at Harvest Partners, a middle market private equity firm. During his 10 years at Harvest Partners, he had responsibility for several portfolio company investments and worked closely with management teams to increase shareholder value. Prior to Harvest, Mr. Moreau worked at First Dominion Capital, a merchant bank specializing in middle-market buyouts. Prior to First Dominion Capital, Mr. Moreau worked at BT Alex. Brown, where he specialized in leveraged finance and M&A, primarily in the industrial sector. Mr. Moreau has a BA from Wesleyan University, where he double majored in Economics and Russian and East European Studies.


Christopher Snyder

Mr. Snyder has over ten years of direct private equity and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Uni-World Capital, Mr. Snyder sourced, executed and managed buyout and growth equity investments in the business services and technology-enabled services sectors at Cowen Capital Partners (f/k/a SG Capital Partners) and ABS Capital Partners. Prior to that, Chris worked in the Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Division of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. where he executed merger & acquisition, capital raising and advisory mandates for private equity sponsors and corporate clients. Chris began his career at American Capital Strategies. Mr. Snyder earned his M.B.A from Columbia Business School and his B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting (double major) from the University of Maryland, where he was a UM Scholar.
